While we source interior design images daily, we also draw inspiration from fashion just as regularly. We have said it many times but interior design and fashion are not mutually exclusive. Per a bit of research, we can guarantee you will almost always come to find that your favorite style icons have fabulous taste in interior design as well.
It should come as no surprise that Filipa de Abreu, fashion consultant for Tory Burch, is always on her fashion A-game. She is as stylish as she is philanthropic and creative {the list goes on}, which is why she is an icon in her own right.
Queen Letizia of Spain is known for her sophisticated staples but we equally adore her pared down “off-duty” looks. She is always consistent whether she is out and about or on official business and never misses the mark if you ask us.
Considered one of the most elegant women of all time, Gloria Guinness tops the list when thinking of sophisticated style. Think black and white and tailored to perfection.
Refined elegance is what comes to mind when thinking of Audrey Hepburn’s sense of style. She of course is known for her elegant ensembles circa “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” but our favorite Audrey Hepburn moments consist of tonal black outfits and tailored pixie pants paired with classic turtlenecks.
Last but certainly not least, is another style icon whose casual looks we love as much as her glammed up ensembles and that is Jackie Kennedy Onassis. Her unmatched sense of style embodies grace and sophistication.
